Wayne T. Schoeneberg proudly claims his Southern heritage as a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He was raised in the St. Louis area and attended the University of Missouri at Columbia for undergraduate and law school. Wayne earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1968 and then entered the United States Army. He graduated from Engineer Officer Candidate School in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia and was commissioned in the Adjutant General's Corp. Wayne served as Commanding Officer of the United States Army Security Agency Detachment covering the Fourth and Fifth Army area from 1969 to 1971. When he left the service he enrolled in and completed law school. Since becoming a member of the Bar, Wayne has been in private practice in Eastern Missouri. He is admitted to practice in The Supreme Court of the United States, a number of Federal Appellate Circuits, various United States District Courts throughout the country and the Courts of the State of Missouri. Wayne is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell. He has handled many high profile cases throughout his career. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates reserved for those who have obtained verdicts of One Million Dollars or more. Wayne maintains membership in many professional associations and is an Advocate in the National College of Trial Lawyers. He served on the Board of the O'Fallon Family Y.M.C.A.

For more than twenty years Andrew Marty has represented clients seeking workers' compensation benefits in the states of Illinois and Missouri. His practice of law involves conducting evidentiary hearings on behalf of employees before administrative law judges. This includes cross-examination of medical and vocational defense experts. His experience as a law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, provided a foundation for his appellate practice in which he prepares appellate briefs and conduct oral argument before administrative and state courts of appeal.
