Andrew Marty
For more than twenty years I have represented clients seeking workers' compensation benefits in the states of Illinois and Missouri. My practice of law involves conducting evidentiary hearings on behalf of employees before administrative law judges. This includes cross-examination of medical and vocational defense experts. My experience as a law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, provided a foundation for my appellate practice in which I prepare appellate briefs and conduct oral argument before administrative and state courts of appeal.
While the majority of my practice involves workers' compensation and personal injury cases in state and federal trial courts, I will handle legal matters in the civil or criminal trial area if the case is particularly interesting or challenging.
